Some Oklahomans certainly agree with a CNBC report that the sooner state is not one of the best places to live in.

According to the study, Oklahoma comes in at #2 out of the 10 worst states to live and work in, with Texas coming in at #1.

"It's not all bad here, but compared to other places i've been, uh, yeah," said Cole Stacey.

Some Oklahomans, like Demarion Braggs, aren't big fans of Oklahoma weather.

"The weather's bad, it's bipolar, the weather goes off and on, it's just bad, and people here are often weird," he said.

Apart from crazy, unpredictable weather, the study said Oklahoma has one of the nation's highest rates of drug abuse, and the second highest rate of people without health insurance. Homelessness is another big issue.

"The worst is that there's a lot of homeless people out here that actually need help, and we need more and better jobs as is," said Sheena Braggs.

But other Oklahomans disagree, like Meg Rinehart, owner of the Refillery by Local Lather. Rinehart said from a business perspective, the state and Oklahoma city offer a lot of opportunity.

"There's a lot of room for industry, there's a lot of room for innovation. Like we have the economy to support good industry, but there's also that small town big city vibe," she said.

Rinehart also said Oklahomans strongly support local businesses like hers.

"When it came to the concept of a bulk refillery like this, people were responsive, and they showed up for me in every way, but especially financially. We almost fully funded our whole campaign in two weeks," she said.
