Early life[edit]

Zinoleesky was born on 21 April 1995 to Mr. and Mrs. Oniyide in Lagos State but originally hails from Ogun State, Nigeria.[8][9] He was raised in Agege, Lagos State and completed his primary education at Lively Kiddies Nursery and Primary School. He had his secondary education at Boys Secondary School Agege, Lagos State.[10]

Career[edit]

Zinoleesky discovered his passion for music as he approached adolescence. He officially started his music journey as a freestyle rapper but became popular in 2017 after his videos went viral on the internet.[11][12]

Several reports showed that he was offered a record deal by Davido's DMW label but refused to accept the offer and chose to work as an independent artist.[13][14] On 23 December 2019, he was signed to the record label "Marlian Records" which is owned and managed by Nigerian singer, Naira Marley.[15]

Zinoleesky released his first studio album titled "Chrome Eccentric" in 2020, a year after he was signed into the Marlian Records label. The album comprised six tracks, including the songs "Mapariwo" and "Kilofeshe".[16] In September 2020, Ma Pariwo ranked as No. 14 on Apple Music Chart and No. 12 on YouTube Chart.[17]

A year after the release of his first album, Zinoleesky created a remix to the hit song "Kilofeshe" featuring Maryorkun and South African singer,Busiswa.[18]

In December 2022, he released his first EP album "Grit and Lust", containing tracks such as Call of Duty and YanYanYan.[19]

Personal life[edit]

In October 2021, Zinoleesky and Naira Marley's sister, Shubomi made headlines with several speculations that they were dating.[20][21] In January 2023, he announced that he was single.[22][23][24] In December 2023, he welcomed his first child, a daughter named Zendaya.[25]
