Sending money to a friend in Turkey

I've been sending money to my friend's PayPal account who lives in Turkey, but all of a sudden there's no Turkey listed in the country option any longer. How can I send money to my friend's PayPal account who is in Turkey? Thank you.

Since Turkey isn't listed as an option, then you can't send money to someone in Turkey.

Youl will need to use another transfer service from a local company which offers to send money to Turkey.  Perhaps Western Union?
