Facebook yesterday announced that it will be replacing ‘Facebook Watch’ with a new ‘Video’ tab and bring several new video-centric features to the social media platform like an updated video editor and the ability to upload videos in HDR.

Facebook Watch replaced by Video tab

According to a blog post, the newly introduced Video tab will be a ‘one-stop shop for everything video on Facebook, including Reels, long-form and Live content’. Similar to Facebook Watch, users will be able to scroll through their personalised feed by swiping vertically and consume all types of video content.

Facebook also introduced horizontal scroll which will show recommended reels so you can easily switch between long and short-form content.
