As it is quite an inconvenient thing, finding a solution for it is important. To correct your DStv signal strength, the simplest thing to do is to correct your LNB and satellite dish, which is relatively easy to do once you know how to do it. Another thing you should do is to ensure your F-connectors are all connected at the back of the LNB and decoder. This is needed to ensure your DStv is running correctly and working optimally. How to Check and Detect the Problem Causing Poor Signal Quality
Once you encounter a poor signal error, you can press the HELP button on your remote and click on General Information. Then, click on Select Tuner Status Signal Quality & Strength. Here you will be able to view the strength of the signal. All of these values should be either 50% or above. This, however, is only for the channels.
