Contract subscription

When you take a contact for your subscription (either 12 or 24 months), you still need to make a payment monthly, however, you'll pay a lower price for your subscription. The contract price is fixed and you will not be impacted by any price increases to your packages during the period of the contract.

Please note: contracts can only be paid by debit order. Additionally, there is a cancellation fee of R180 should you cancel your contract before it ends (whether you cancel the contract, move to another contract or downgrade the package to which you are subscribed). The cancellation fee is NOT charged if changes are made within the cooling-off period (7 days from taking up the contract).

In order to take up a contract subscription, you will need to set up a debit order as your method of payment if you are not a debit order customer.

Contract vs. Monthly

You can continue to save monthly on your subscription by re-contacting and selecting an existing or new contract offering when your current contract term is over. We allow you to change this for free provided you are within the last 40 days of your existing contract. Your new contract upon acceptance will always be at the effective price point at the point of taking up. Should you choose to stop saving at the end of your current contract, your services will be converted back to a month to month offer.
