If a device is linked to your Android device, you can easily tell by checking a few places in your device itself.
you can check the WIFi and Bluetooth settings for the same. they have a direct display of connections and help you navigate the linkages created on your device.
You can also check the account settings. Doing this would help you figure out what your device may be connected to. Further you can also check if your phone has some applications that have the permission for such connections enabled, you can change that as well.
These ways should work

My phones, the media, the Internet and the whole state of Colorado seem to be hacking me and brainwashing me and my kids into being complicit in some kind of identity theft\gambling money making scheme and want me to launder money for them and are icing me out and won't talk to me or help me until I figure out how to do it with all these phones that have been given to me by different foundations, my children's father and just people I've met along the way. And they ALL ACTIVELY PARTICIPATED IN FRAMING AND BLACKMAILING ME, and then a shit ton of other people showed up to act as regular citizens who all happen to know all my "dirty laundry" and are here to scare me into NOT ASKING FOR THEIR HELP by mocking and humiliating me out in public and acting as if they don't know the same shit I do. But what they don't know is, I have no fucking clue how to use these god damn phones, they won't talk to me to tell me how I'm suppose to launder money for them, and because they scared me away all while letting me fear for my kids lives and dealing with an emotionally abusive husband who's also seeming to be fearful of something but refuses to admit that not only does he probably know what's going on, he's probably hiding something he's scared of being blackmailed with and is willing to let me die for his own sake. But won't even do me the courtesy of telling me why. He just wants me to go get some kind of diagnosis while there's no guarantee I can even see my kids when I come back. Even the programs here in Colorado seem to be screwing me over by trying to make me appear as a drug addict or lunatic while mocking me and knowing I've had my privacy invaded in a major way. They won't leave me alone but they won't help me either. They are STALKING ME and seem to hate me or want my help but I have nothing to give. If someone has logged onto your device they have to be under your Google account.... it will show you under Data Activity, or on security logins ... my fiance does this crap to me and gets on my tik tok accounts and Facebook accounts. I couldn't see when he was on and couldn't tell really either . Does anyone have your Google account on their phone or you have theirs? Cause that is definitely a way to connect to your phone! They can change your settings , use your phone and message apps ect... trust me my fiance is cheating on me and this is how he tries to hide his infidelity and bullcrap. I've caught him connected to my phone numerous times. My activities on Google account were slightly off like my one phone is a TCL A0006 and when I look at detailed Google activity it says it half the time. Check your IP address, you shouldn't have more than one, search for any apps installed that you didn't put there, anything mirroring your phone, etc. Also lock all your info with a screen lock. Lock all bank cards and require a Pin for any and all transactions.
