If you recharged your mobile number twice by mistake, don’t worry. You will still get the benefits of both recharges. The telecom operator will merge the two recharges and your validity will be increased accordingly.
For example, if you recharged for Rs. 598 for 84 days validity, and then recharged again for Rs. 399 for 56 days validity, your total validity will be 140 days.
In some cases, the telecom operator may refund the second recharge amount to your account. However, this is not always the case. It depends on the policies of the telecom operator.
If you want to check the status of your recharge, you can either call the customer care number of the telecom operator or check your account balance online.
Here are the steps on how to check your account balance online:
- Go to the website of the telecom operator.
- Click on the “My Account” tab.
- Enter your mobile number and password.
- Click on the “Account Balance” tab.
Your account balance will be displayed on the screen.
