What should you do?

  • Ensure you do not share your account details with anyone. Union Bank will never ask you for your PIN, Passwords, BVN, or ATM card details via calls or texts.
  • When in doubt, please call 07007007000.
  • In the case of loss or theft, kindly dial *826*6# to block your account. You can also block and unblock your debit card via UnionMobile or UnionOnline.
  • If you have any questions, please call 0700707000.
