Dangote Flour Mills Plc is a Nigeria-based company engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of branded flour and flour-based products. The company commenced operations in 1999 as a division of Dangote Industries Limited, one of the country’s largest and fastest growing conglomerates. However, it was not until 2006 that it was incorporated after unbundling its operations from the parent company.

Dangote Flour’s core products portfolio comprises wheat, confectionery, and bread flour; as well as pasta semolina and alkama. The company operates in four segments: Flour (milling and sale of bread and confectionery flour), Sacks (manufacturing and sale of spaghetti and macaroni), Pasta (manufacturing and sale of packaging materials), and Noodles (manufacturing and sale of noodles). Dangote Flour Mills operates through three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Dangote Pasta Ltd, Dangote Agro Sacks Ltd, and Dangote Noodles Ltd.
