Configure Dual SIM Settings

Go to Settings > Mobile network > SIM management and set SIM 1 or SIM 2 as the default mobile data or default calling SIM.

Enable Call Forwarding Between SIMs

After enabling call forwarding between two SIM cards, incoming calls to an unavailable SIM card will be forwarded to the other one.

This feature requires the support of your mobile carrier. For details, contact your carrier.

  1. Go to Settings > Mobile network > SIM management > Call forwarding between SIMs.

  2. Select a call forwarding mode and turn on the corresponding switch.

Call forwarding between SIMs is enabled when both switches are on.

Smart Data Switch

If two SIMs are inserted in your device, you can enable Smart data switch. Your device will automatically switch the mobile data SIM based on the network quality to optimise your Internet experience.
  1. Go to Settings > Mobile network > SIM management and enable Switch data connection during calls.

  2. Set a mobile data limit for the non-default mobile data SIM to avoid excessive data charges.

Once this function is enabled, your device will constantly monitor the network status. When the network quality of the default mobile data SIM is poor, the mobile data service will automatically switch to the non-default mobile data SIM. When the network quality of the default mobile data SIM is good, the mobile data service will automatically switch back to the default mobile data SIM.

The two SIM cards must be from different carriers.
