Step 1: Prepare your new MTN SIM card by making sure that it is in working condition. Airtel doesn't give out new SIM cards to subscribers, you have to go to your nearest Airtel shop to get a new one.

 

Step 2: Download the Airtel app to your phone, download it and register if you haven't already.
