FIFA 20: What time is game released TONIGHT, what are the best prices and what new features are in it?

EA SPORTS released their first trailer for this year's FIFA 20 ahead of the E3 event in Los Angeles.

Last year's edition received some criticism from the finesse shooting changes to a lack of development on the Career Mode section.

When will FIFA 20 be released?

The new edition of the famous game is set to be released TONIGHT - midnight.

This is a day earlier than last year's version, with EA Sports having stuck to its September release since 2010.

How much will FIFA 20 cost?

Amazon are currently selling the standard edition for £49.99 on PS4 and Xbox One, with the Champions Edition costing up to £79.99.

These are the same prices in GAME, except the Champions Edition is £74.00 for Xbox One and PS4 players.

When is the FIFA 20 demo out?

THIS year's playable demo was released on Tuesday, September 10.

EA sprung a surprise with the announcement as they revealed the ratings for this year's edition.

But fans had to wait until around 3pm before they could get their hands on the new demo.

Who are the top 10 rated players?

The battle over supremacy will continue until they retire, but Lionel Messi outranks Cristiano Ronaldo - who will be playing for Piemonte Calcio after EA Sports failed to get rights to the Juventus name.

And many Premier League fans will be surprised to see Kevin De Bruyne as the best British-based player, ahead of Champions League winner Virgil van Dijk.

  1. Lionel Messi - 94
  2. Cristiano Ronaldo - 93
  3. Neymar - 92
  4. Eden Hazard - 91
  5. Kevin De Bruyne - 91
  6. Jan Oblak - 91
  7. Virgil van Dijk - 90
  8. Mohamed Salah - 90
  9. Luka Modric - 90
  10. Marc-Andre ter Stegen - 90

What new features are in the game?

FIFA will incorporate a street football mode into it, which appears similar to that of their previous games FIFA Street.

This will be called Volta Football, where you can play with three players each but no goalkeeper or 4v4, 5v5 and even professional futsal.

The locations for these include Amsterdam, London and even a Tokyo rooftop.

There will also be a Volta story mode, where you can create your own player and go through a narrative driven experience, playing street football legends and finish in a World Championship tournament in Argentina.

You can also play in a promotion and relegation system online.

FIFA 20 will also see Authentic Game Flow introduced, which puts more emphasis on user-controlled play.

The shooting on last year's edition was heavily criticised and EA Sports are hoping to rectify this with Composed Finishing - which allows players more consistent and clinical finishing.

The career mode was area that many fans thought needed serious work - and the FIFA creators have not disappointed.

You will now be able to customise the look of your manager, while the big boss can also be a woman for the first time.

Team morale will also be worked into the game, with decisions in squad rotation and press conferences included to boost players' confidence.

Another impressive feature is the Dynamic Player Potential, which means a player's potential rating can be increased the better they play on the pitch.
