What is the Spartan kids race?
A fun and safe obstacle course experience for children aged 4-13. Young kids will gain confidence while having a ball running, jumping, climbing, and crawling. Older kids can increase the challenge, and even compete in timed heats against others. Spartan Kids medals are earned, not given.

Can spectators come to Spartan races?
You will receive the spectator passes on race day in Registration as you are claiming your racer’s bib and turning in your waivers. The amount of obstacles your spectators will see varies per event as each venue and course is unique. Spectators are welcome anywhere ALONG the course and throughout the venue.
Will there be Spartan races in 2021?
The 2021 schedule has the most Trifecta weekends — we are so amped for New Jersey, Central Florida, Seattle, West Virginia, Ohio, Montana, and Fayetteville — and Trail events in Spartan history. (The Trail runs in Montana, the Carolinas, San Jose, Austin, Boston, and San Luis Obispo are spectacular.)N

How are the waves made in the wave Bristol?
Our Wavegarden Cove Technology Our waves are produced by Wavegarden Cove technology. This technology is groundbreaking and can generate up to 1,000 quality waves per hour, ranging from 50cm (1.7ft) to almost 2m (6.5ft) in height. We can produce a new wave every 8-10 seconds.
Can you spectate at The Wave Bristol?
A Spectator Pass provides all-day access to The Wave, including The Clubhouse, shop, playpark and all outdoor areas. It’s not all about surfing at The Wave! We believe in the power of getting outdoors, learning about nature, and play!
How many waves do you get at the wave Bristol?
There are usually 15-20 waves per set (depending on group size) with around 1-2 minutes between sets – so once you’re ‘out back’ again you can chill out and wait for the next round of waves to start.D
Can you do a Spartan Race without training?
Absolutely you can, and if you do … it will be amazing. Camaraderie amongst your fellow Spartans is fantastic. I definitely recommend going at your own pace, but with determination and grit you can finish. Cardio is for sure a must, with some weights if possible.J
