Can dogs lick Aquaphor?

Ingesting the ointment in large amounts might make your canine sick and lead to diarrhea and vomiting. Luckily, this product is not toxic to dogs, so you only have to worry about the worst-case scenario, usually just an upset stomach.

Is Aquaphor for lips the same?

If you have chapped lips or dry skin around lips, use Aquaphor Healing Ointment® as your dry lips treatment to relieve dryness and soothe dry cracked lips. It also adds a little extra shine. You can use regular Aquaphor Healing Ointment on your lips (and everywhere else on your body).

What is the difference between Aquaphor and Aquaphor Lip Repair?

Their ingredients are very different (see below). The lip repair has a lot more stuff in it, including shea butter, beeswax, vitamin E, etc. And unlike the regular Aquaphor, the lip repair base is not petrolateum jelly/mineral oil. Even though regular Aquaphor works as a lip balm I like the lip repair better.
